Important to note that the entire world engaged in slave trade for thousands of years and it’s disingenuous to point out a single entity or country.

Also worth noting that the europeans were also the ones who took decisive steps to END slavery.

Unfortunately they didn’t do a good enough job because slavery still exists today in some parts of Africa and the arabic world.
