@Gill_Gross It’s like he doesn’t have the tennis to just steamroll them like he would at his prime.
But his mentality, grit and experience keeps him from just losing easily(or losing at all)
@BuschLitePapi44 Best players, most money - Premier League
Actual most exciting league? Brazilian League. (just don’t bandwagon Flamengo or Palmeiras ffs)
you need to hit escape velocity for it to make any sense. you need to see see your abs and make money on the internet and have a positive interaction with a stranger. you need to write and go viral and eat well and get healthy and dress well and be complimented. once you see the result, the effort is easy. the hardest part is getting into orbit.
A guy that’s fast and strong such as your precious Tyreek Hill would not necessarily be good at soccer. EVEN IF HE PLAYED FROM A YOUNG AGE.
Because being good at soccer it’s more about skill.
Brazil is a 200 million people where every single kid plays soccer at least once in their lifetime and even so you only get a Neymar or a Pele or a Ronaldo every 20 years. Maybe.
Messi is an autistic 5 foot man and he’s better than almost everyone
Strength, athleticism, speed etc. Which are all
thing that you seem to equate with being good at a sport don’t mean as much in soccer.
Good example of strategy in life. 90% positioning, 10% explosive execution when the timing is right. Activity without achievement is a false god of the modern world.
"The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass, God is waiting for you."- Heisenberg, cofounder of quantum mechanics
Deep understanding leads you to miracles.
There is so much bigger than you.
Dare to explore.
1 - They made note of people everywhere. It was the normal thing to do. They were not worried about being cancelled for colonialism 500 years later.
2 - Cape Verde has basically no freshwater. So it makes a lot of sense that there was no one living there. Unless you’re telling me that africans invented desalinization plants in 1400.
3 - Do you have any proof that there was someone living there?
You guys really cannot comprehend the concept of skill?
That a sport doesn’t rely solely on being strong or tall or fast?
are you this thick or are you doing it on purpose?
Messi is not even 6ft.
Hell, forget football, look at tennis. That’s another sport that skill counts as much or more than just pure physicality. How would your precious NFL Linebackers of Lebron Jamessss do in that?
Jesus christ what a dumb bunch
Important to note that the entire world engaged in slave trade for thousands of years and it’s disingenuous to point out a single entity or country.
Also worth noting that the europeans were also the ones who took decisive steps to END slavery.
Unfortunately they didn’t do a good enough job because slavery still exists today in some parts of Africa and the arabic world.
