Regardless of what happens in the stock market, you can still prosper and be financially free .
In any direction, it's possible so don't get let down by any short-term snags.

The American Dream is dead.
Yet the formal institutions say it's alive and well,as more Americans struggle and become impoverished.
A complete delusion and denial of reality.

@marc02200 Ultimately, it's up to you.
But as @AdamBLiv mentioned, do you prioritize growth or income?
Me personally, I value income more these days. But, that's my personal perspective.
If there's anything more exciting to do in life, trading the stock market is not one of them.
Yes- Is it true that you can build real wealth through the stock market?
Absolutely.
And trading is risky as well.
If you get excited about trading and you make those big wins or big profits, then you're taking on more risk.
But trading should not be that way.
What trading should be is you make profits slowly and steadily; therefore, you can build your wealth overtime.
Quick wins or quick profits overnight are not the best way.
Rather, it's best to keep it slow and steady and build your wealth over time.
With trading, it becomes unnecessary to not have to go down that road.
Rather than see trading as an exciting adventure, see it as a way to make income, build wealth, but also keep your time to a minimum.
It's not the trading that excites me, but the results.
Trading can be a great skill to learn, and if you do it the right way, you'll come out of top from everyone else.
It's something I discuss a lot in my latest eBook called Pennyful vs. Cashflow.

It's time to start thinking of retirement much differently.
