@PKubeyEA Phyllis can I ask you a question? I set up the e-services account, linked my CAF, and got two 8821 requests approved. I ordered transcripts from TDS a few days ago and I still don’t see them in my SOR. Are they supposed to take this long? Wondering if maybe I ordered incorrectly

@PKubeyEA I wonder if this also shows authorizations that were faxed instead of submitted electronically. I will make sure to check on Monday! I also wrote this service off due to complications I had not receiving a CAF for literal YEARS straight and not being able to utilize it. Thanks!
