Outstanding book by Jon Attenborough about visiting the 42 Scottish Football grounds and his trips to them with his devoted guide dog Sam - well worth a read ๐ @JonAttenborough

I am a total failure!
Years ago thatโs what I used to tell myself. I used to have a massive issue with self confidence and self belief.
Just before I was matched with ๐ฆฎ Sam, leaving the house on my own was a terrifying thought as I had just had an operation on my eye to try and treat an aggressive form of glaucoma.
โฝ๏ธ If you had told me back then that I would be taking on this absolutely incredible journey, travelling on my own with ๐ฆฎ Sam across the whole of ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ to visit all 42 @spfl grounds I would never have believed it for a second!
Iโm so incredibly humbled by each and every one of you who have been supporting our adventure, and Iโm so appreciative of all the football clubs in Scotland who have been so kind and welcoming.
We are on the home stretch now. 8 more grounds to go. And hopefully when we get to the final ground in September we can get ๐ฆฎ Samโs picture in the @SFootballMuseum at Hampden to mark a historic moment being the first ever dog to complete the 42!
๐๏ธ Help out our awesome Train Presentation teams by using the on-train bins provided. Don't leave rubbish behind for someone else to find.
Thank you for your cooperation.
You get one shot to hit this fairway (drive must go at least 250 yards). If you hit it, you win $1 Million. If you miss, you have to go to prison for one month. You doing it?
They say not to meet your heroes. I'm so glad @JeffStelling is mine.
I didn't want treatment when in the grip of anorexia. I refused to comply time and time again. Terrifying to think that if that was happening now, I could be given end of life care. Things need to change. NOW.
