Bread is empty carbs. Period. A handful of seeds to 100g of carbs is not going to make it a superfood. If you consume bread, know you are consuming it because you like it or are famished, and not to get a serving of omega 3s or minerals! @KenDBerryMD
None of these breads have ANY health benefits. Sorry @DrOz , much respect to you, but this video is misleading.
Adding nuts/seeds to bread does not make it healthy...
Studies do seem to point towards this. Prof Schulze says "Epidemiological data show that per 6.5 cm in height the risk of cardiovascular mortality decreases by six percent, but cancer mortality, by contrast, increases by four percent,"!

Wow! (Is this true?)
"Study shows shorter people are at higher risk of type 2 diabetes"

"It has been reported that insulin sensitivity and beta cell function are better in taller people".
Also:
"Short stature is related to higher cardiovascular risk".
Great work @NutritionalThe3 finding what works for you!
We’ve collated dietary changes found to help with Ménière’s disease - stay hydrated, reduce alcohol, avoid tyramine (found in some cheeses), consume ginger, cayenne pepper. More here https://t.co/P4aAy6PiRU

@IMWHorvitz I control Ménière’s disease with low carb. Also intermittent fasting OMAD. Avoiding allergens (food allergies are big triggers for me) gluten free etc. Powerful stuff when you get it right and go deep enough / stay committed.
@NutritionalThe3 Histamines are a huge culprit indeed! People may miss out mold or damp ceilings or corners. Dust bunnies under the furniture are also hidden allergens.
"Hypoglycemic symptoms encourage potentially obesogenic compensatory behaviors...this condition should be a target for obesity prevention given the high prevalence of obesogenic behaviors reported by participants specifically to avoid symptoms."

Within 5-7 years of menopause, women can lose up to 20% of their bone mass.
Caucasians and Asian women are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis.

If this study is pursued and the fiber consumption guidelines are brought down, it will bring relief to a lot of people. Many people struggle with meeting the 25g a day quota and resort to horrible tasting psyllium husk!
Just had to remember a valuable lesson the hard way.
Respect your warmups.
Tried to rush a squat session.
Didnt give proper attention to warmup sets, didn't respect the lighter weights.
Paying for it now.
Don't be like me 😖
Oops! He didn't keep his eye on the ball.
But it's good he can now relax and listen to iTunes
And glad to see the father-son bonding. Not many father-sons see eye to eye.
@BlueBarronPhoto@brian_valentin
My father's entire life has been building up to one giant dad joke.
He told me he's set to retire next year, which yay good for him.
My father is an optometrist. An eye doctor.
Next year is 2020

@meligirl8 That's the right way. Being healthy is natural for the body. If we do the right things, physical and mental health follow, and we lose the excess pounds automatically.
@the_pritchard Tricky indeed. They say if you can turn your passion into your job, you get the best of both the worlds. If your passion can indeed help you earn well, why not. But if your passion will always be just a hobby, then take your pick between an affluent life and an exciting one.
@ketokweenla Do what works best for your body and mind. Keep a check for ketones though, if you are on a strict keto-diet. Or get on a bulletproof diet.
Nutritional deficiency is a real risk. Excess of anything is bad. Don't get on long-term keto where you eat no carbs. Don't get on long-term low-fat diets as certain fatty acids are essential for the optimal functioning and development of your brain. Keep a mix. @LOWCARB_TOOLBOX
A pescatarian tells us why we shouldn't do keto long term. Spoiler alert here is the list:
Bad Breath
Short term fatigue
Highly Restrictive
Eliminates Food Groups
Carbs are VITAL
You Need A Nutritionist or risk nutritional deficiency
