I LOVED Shaggy as a kid, idolized him. I went to Rumba in Sydney, a concert where he was performing. My friend and I were 10 or 11 years old and her parents took us.

He asked me if I had bought a CD at the event for him to sign. I said no (I was 10 or 11 at the time and only had enough money for one snack). @DiRealShaggy refused to sign my notebook, citing that he only signed CDs people bought at the event.
