If a team of 3 people constantly play with a cheating smurf, who doesnt even try to hide it, I am confused by how....none of the parties involved get banned? Ever?

So ppl can just play with cheaters 24/7, no problem?

Updated version of the toolbox released this morning:

-Added OBS browser source network/stats overlay
-Current Lobby scanner (are you matching a 4 stack?)
-Downpatcher - do you need to watch old theater files you've saved?

Also fixes some rejoin edge cases that were broken.

Luckily cheating in MCC has only become a problem recently, otherwise everyone would have heard about it and 343 would have fixed it years ago!
