@sainsburys yesterday I visited the Watchmore Park store in Camberley. I watched a rat run from one freezer to another. Reported this to staff - who seemed unconcerned and said they’d let the manager know.

@virginmedia Todays update, one of your call workers has today told me that ‘ it is not the fault of Virgin media it is the fault of the house !’ I have had internet provided by you to this house for 25 years and never had problems like this !

@virginmedia I have now wasted two mornings trying to speak to an agent and change my package. Due to the very large increase received in the mail today I wish to reduce my package. #i am now trying WhatsApp with little success - how do you justify poor service with price hikes
