How come a £100k rise in NI means a rise in prices to customers? Do you not think the company should do its bit and absorb some of the cost? Not like you can’t afford it!
How do I get a refund on my watch I bought @orangetheory? I signed up, bought kit and a month later you close the centre so there’s no longer one near me. Feels like you’ve scammed me. Breach of contract at the very least. Where do I get a refund?

@virginmedia how do I get help with the permanent red light on my hub 3? I'm going round in circles calling and being directed back to web. I've reset it. It's still red. Getting back online has been the devils own work. Something's wrong despite the checks saying there isn't.
