@virginmedia you tell me to upgrade to 360 for free. You then twice fail to deliver the equipment, I've spent approx 10 hrs on WhatsApp to sort it with numerous agents who didn't finalise the orders. Then learn today you are charging me 40 quid for the pleasure of this debacle!
