Just had a 30-minute conversation with a Pakistani phone scammer. He claimed that he justified his career because all the people he scams must have done something bad in their lives to justify being stolen from.

@chrisoconnoriv 3 has faster, smoother action. Drops were better tuned to player, too. It has more endgame content. I prefer it for just being a more polished game.

II is probably the better game overall, tho. More grindy. The aesthetic of II is darker, and the story is better.
