Cheesy Beef Casserole 🤤

This is one if those comfort foods that my boys love on a rainy weekend.
You won’t regret it! 🥰

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 C of mozzarella, shredded
1 C of cheddar, shredded
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes or rotel if you want it spicier
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T olive oil
1 T paprika (or to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 T of parsley

Preheat oven to 375. Grease baking dish (butter). Brown meat, add onion and garlic, cook until soft, stir in tomatoes, add seasonings. Place potatoes slices in the dish. Spread beef mixture over the potatoes—repeat layers.
Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil, add cheeses and bake another 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
