The @Swiggy delivery agent runs away with my order
Customer “care” executives either pause the chat, close it it just simply don’t respond.
No cancellation, no refund. I sit here for two hours basically waiting for an offer that would never arrive.

and surprisingly my mother’s brother is not my blood relative according to IndiGo so you guys cannot waive off the cancellation charges. Seriously?
@IndiGo6E I’ve been a loyal IndiGo flyer for years, but I’m disappointed right now. I’ve called customer care to get my boarding station changed Or atleast a complete refund…explained everything clearly, and still no real help. Can someone senior please look into this today?

due to ongoing tension and safety concerns in India, I do not want to travel in this situation and I request the cancellation of my upcoming flight and a full refund of the amount paid. please advise on the necessary steps. Thank you
