While US companies got bailed out with fed money, $CCL got nothing. Causing them to take HUGE debt.

By 2020 it sunk to over -$7B in debt

Now they're holding debt while the Fed is hiking interest rates, causing a big headwind for $CCL

Only way they pay the debt is to sell more shares, diluting the current shareholders
