@British_Airways That's the first thing we did. We regulary check the system, call and get told nothing other than what is shows on screen. We don't even know if it left Heathrow. Your tweet back is no help and we are no further forward. Are you compensating us for replacing her items she needs

@British_Airways my daughter (20) went Monday am Heathrow to Lyon for 5 months study only to arrive and her luggage was lost. She was left with the clothes she was standing in with no support or assistance. Only told what we can see on screen when we call. Will never fly BA again
