@MattWalshBlog I wish I got positive effects from booze, it seems so easy.
Even from a single beer, I get awful sleep, days of GI problems, days of low mood and irritability, and other issues.
Maybe something is wrong with me (Long Covid for one), but it just doesnt have any benefits for me.

In the US, we school various ethnic/racial groups together, many of which consistently perform poorly and strains learning of others.
Studies show per group, each does better than their origin country.
