In view of the withdrawal of the police complaint by the parents of the students against the management of Success School, allegedly under pressure, @karunasagarllb lodging an independent police complaint against the management of Success School.

No amount of pressure or intimidation should prevent a fair and impartial investigation. If allegations involving religious coercion of minor students have been made, they deserve to be examined strictly in accordance with law.

The police should register the complaint, conduct a fair investigation, and take appropriate legal action based on the evidence, without fear or favour.

హైదరాబాద్ మహానగరంలోని, సైదాబాద్ లో నడుపుతున్న సక్సెస్ స్కూల్ లో జరిగిన ఘటనపై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం, విద్యాశాఖ, పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యాన్ని కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు అడగాలనుకుంటున్నాను.

సైదాబాద్‌లోని సక్సెస్ స్కూల్‌లో 6 సంవత్సరాల విద్యార్థులకు 'కల్మా'ను, ఫతే ను చదవాలంటూ హోంవర్క్‌గా ఇచ్చారనే ఆరోపణలు బయటకు రావడం ప్రతి ఒక్కరిలో ఆందోళన కలిగిస్తోంది.

ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు విద్యార్థి డైరీలో బహిరంగంగా మతపరమైన అంశాన్ని హోంవర్క్‌గా రాస్తే, తరగతి గదిలో ఇలాంటివి ఇంకేమీ బోధిస్తున్నారనే అనుమానం సహజంగానే ప్రతి తల్లితండ్రులకు వస్తుంది. అందుకే ఈ ఘటనపై ప్రభుత్వం సమగ్ర విచారణ జరపాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.

మాకున్న సమాచారం ప్రకారం, ఈ పాఠశాల ఒక ప్రైవేట్ అన్‌ఎయిడెడ్ రికగ్నైజ్డ్ స్కూల్. రాష్ట్ర విద్యా వ్యవస్థలో గుర్తింపు పొందిన ఈ విద్యాసంస్థకు UDISE కోడ్: 36221000139 ఉంది. అంటే ఇది రాష్ట్ర బోర్డు పరిధిలో పనిచేసే సాధారణ విద్యాసంస్థ.

అలాంటి విద్యాసంస్థల్లో గణితం, సైన్స్, సోషల్, భాషలు, రాజ్యాంగ విలువలు, నైతిక విద్య బోధించాలి. కానీ ఒక నిర్దిష్ట మతానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రార్థనను లేదా మతపరమైన విషయాలను హోంవర్క్‌గా ఇవ్వడం విద్యా విధానానికి, విద్యాసంస్థల నియమాలకు వ్యతిరేకం. ఈ విషయాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలకు స్పష్టం చేయాలి.

మదరసా అయితే మదరసా అని ముందుగానే చెబుతారు. మిషనరీ స్కూల్ అయితే తన ప్రత్యేకతను వెల్లడిస్తుంది. వేద పాఠశాల అయితే వేదాలను బోధిస్తామని స్పష్టంగా తెలియజేస్తుంది. తల్లిదండ్రులు కూడా ఆ అవగాహనతోనే తమ పిల్లలను అక్కడ చేర్పిస్తారు.

కానీ రాష్ట్ర గుర్తింపు పొందిన సాధారణ విద్యాసంస్థల్లో అన్ని మతాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు చదువుతుంటారు. అక్కడ ప్రతి విద్యార్థి సమానుడు. అలాంటి పాఠశాలలో ఏ ఒక్క మతాన్నైనా ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నారనే భావన కలిగించే చర్యలు కూడా చోటు చేసుకోకూడదు.

నేను ఏ మతానికీ వ్యతిరేకం కాదు. భారత రాజ్యాంగం ప్రతి పౌరుడికి తన మతాన్ని విశ్వసించే, ఆచరించే హక్కును కల్పించింది. అదే రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తి ప్రకారం విద్యాసంస్థలు అన్ని మతాలకు సమాన గౌరవం చూపాలి. పాఠశాలలు మత ప్రచార వేదికలుగా మారకూడదు.

అందుకే తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ వారు వెంటనే ఈ ఘటనపై సమగ్ర విచారణ జరపాలి.

ఇది ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడి వ్యక్తిగత చర్యా? లేక పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యం ఇలా చెబుతున్నారా?
గతంలో కూడా ఇలాంటి మతపరమైన అంశాలను విద్యార్థులకు బోధించారా? ఇతర తరగతుల్లో కూడా ఇలాంటి హోంవర్క్‌లు ఇచ్చారా? ఇలాంటి ఘటనలు ఇంకా ఏయే పాఠశాలల్లో జరుగుతున్నాయి?

ఈ ప్రశ్నలన్నింటికీ సమాధానాలు ప్రజలకు తెలియాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.

పిల్లలకు దేశభక్తిని నేర్పండి... రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను నేర్పండి... విజ్ఞానాన్ని నేర్పండి... కానీ విద్య పేరుతో ఏ మతాన్నీ పిల్లలపై రుద్దే ప్రయత్నాన్ని @JanaSenaParty ఎప్పటికీ అంగీకరించదు.

పాఠశాలలు జాతీయతను, రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను, రేపటి భారత పౌరులను నిర్మించే విద్యాలయాలు కావాలి... మత ప్రచార కేంద్రాలు కాదు అనేది జనసేన విధానం.
