@Elis_D_Oneal bizarre how BHVR chooses to respond to community criticism, especially in a time where we're supposed to be celebrating the game and the people who play it. far too often they dig their heels in until their stubbornness has soured reception of the action they eventually take

okay so like... ya'll have been insisting that everything is working as intended, and state that this is the vision for events going forward. and now it's a bug actually suddenly. like what? did you realize we wouldn't shut up about it or something? 😐

📣Following player reports, we have been investigating why the Toothy Torte offering is appearing less than the previous year, and while we have not completed our investigation into why the previous year granted more than the intended amount, we have made the decision to increase the current guaranteed amount of Toothy Tortes so that each level of the Bloodweb will have at least one offering to guarantee 50 offerings per Prestige Level for the rest of the Event, this replaces the current Mystery Boxes that spawn. Event items will still spawn in the Bloodweb normally.

We know this has been a massive source of frustration for players and we apologize that this has taken as long as it has, we want everyone to enjoy the rest of the Anniversary Event and the Bloodhunt. Happy 10 years of Dead by Daylight!

The stinginess with a free ingame currency genuinely needs to be studied. Marvel Rivals literally gives out currency like candy, I've gotten almost 20k blue currency for free in less than 2 years, but DBD can only spare a x2 BP bonus for 4 days to celebrate 10 years LMAO

i'm not trying to be negative about this, it's great they've actually seemed to listen? this time. it just rings hollow after putting out a tweet yesterday that was basically "everything is working as intended and won't be changing, here's 4 days of bloodhunt!"

@DeadbyDaylight this event really needs an extension at this point. it is absurd to spend so long being silent, insist that everything is working as intended, and then finally with little over 2 weeks remaining in the event acknowledge and adjust accordingly. give 10mil bp while ur at it
