@idkwahatimdoing Because in the US you’re either on an annual salary or you’re paid hourly. So that’s how you negotiate your wages. It’s not a monthly salary, it’s annual. And hourly fluctuates by how much you work or if there’s overtime.
Also why do you care so much about what people make?…
