If you’re a social media manager and are ACTUALLY good at your job, work on a performance base.

Not based on sales because that’s not in your control, but rather views on a CPM basis that’s lower than what the brand is paying for ads.

No brainer for both sides.

Especially with CPM only deals as well where the CPM is set at >$1.

With that being said, some of my highest earning months have been on strictly CPM offers that were $3+ per thousand views.
