@am_galt In home screen make sure to select "Already Have Account" link and login with your existing credentials. Our cloud service provider is experiencing the outage, but I tested the login process and it works.

Please uninstall the old app then visit the app store and download the most current version. In the initial screen select "existing account" and login with your current credentials.

@michaelaye Great question! The routines are available for devices using Alexa’s Smart Home Skill API. This would be a perfect fit for Garadget however at this time the API doesn’t support doors or gates. We are considering publishing a skill with Garadget pretending to be a light bulb.
