@ScottishPower are useless. For a home move it’s taken 4 phone calls, incorrect estimated meter readings, wrong refund amounts. Put on hold for hours, then get put through to the wrong department to sort it all by their own call centre-wouldn’t recommend! DO NOT USE THEM!
