None of us completely know what we don't know. So are we better off assuming we don't know, which may hinder our self-confidence and speed to act, or are we better off assuming we do know and risk incompetence?
@elonmusk It's all these same DC lifers who all of a sudden care about our privacy after supporting FISA courts, the Patriot Act and its renewal, and the USA Freedom Act.
@mcuban At some point one has to ask: Why do you kiss so much ass to big government cronies, career politicians, and the Hollywood elite? Blink to signal SOS in your next TV interview if they have massive dirt on you.
You can commit/recommit to your goals any time of the year. There's no rule that says it has be the New Year. Also, those who lay the groundwork before the New Year succeed at a much higher rate than those who wait to care until 1/1.

Tough markets often expose existing flaws in a company. If, for example, marketing efforts that used to work aren't working anymore, chances are that company was getting away with overcoming lack of value with high-volume and high-cost.
Some problems take time to show symptoms.
High cost, high risk marketing is failing. Companies who embraced predictable revenue are panicking.
Those who learn test-driven, logical approaches to what their customers will respond to will get what the goal should have been the whole time: Durable revenue.
@samm_duc I have an upcoming Linkedin post on this, but some ideas:
1. Reward loyalty w/ more features in the same tier.
2. Easy pricing & sign-ups, not lengthy negotiations / renewals.
3. Easy data exports.
4. Buy vs rent options.
5. Built-in no-code integrations.
6. Offline access.
#SaaS isnt' dying. Greedy SaaS is dying, and it should because it's punished loyalty and bait-and-switched feature availability in a given tier. People are tired of the "own nothing and be happy" business model.
Simple isn't a fad, but a time-tested principle. In a world of complex issues, simplicity is the antidote.
You cannot solve complexity with more complexity, so avoid complex solutions. They only lead to more complexity, which itself creates more issues.
@RealJamesWoods Thoughts on a number of local and national media outlets not airing the recent Whitehouse briefing? Are they attempting a media blackout?
@CrainsChicago Any reason you didn't include the fact that they self-medicated using a form of chloroquine not approved for human consumption at an excessive dose?
@BarbaraCorcoran This just isn't true in the unilateral way it's stated. It depends highly on the product/service being sold, and especially on the buyer's journey. I've seen phone based closers dwarf field reps.
@RibbleCycles Trying to buy my first bike from you guys and was temporarily blocked by your cloudflare (error 1015). You may want to check your rate limit rules and relax them a bit...all I did was open a few tabs to compare models. Now I can't make a purchase. ☹️
