We started the big day in December music last night.
Actually, we lie, we started in 2 weeks ago purely by mistake but now as it is October, now is a good time to make a start.

Ok, so, we've been a little quiet but we are back in the bandroom after our little Summer break. We're back at the @KGVGSY every Tuesday night 7pm-8.30pm. Got a brass instrument? Any age welcome. @GuernseyArts @YouthCommGsyAld

So, we're on our Summer Break and now is the perfect opportunity to get in touch - we'd love some new venues to perform in and try out some of our themed music. [email protected] :D

Cracking concert with #Luchelli last night! Fantastic audience and brilliant solo by our outgoing Euphonium player Deanna - our loss is a University gain! Now a well deserved break - back in the bandroom 7th August. BUT, GCB performing @StJamesGsy this Saturday too! #brass #gsy

Very honoured/lucky to be part of St Sampsons High MAD night - reminds me of my last year doing my last concert with the school. 15 years ago! Friendly school with happy students and enthusiastic staff.

Lovely to see a few visitors to our open rehearsal last night - little bit of sight reading and technical work as well as a bit of general silly-ness...

No rehearsal next week as half term but all guns blazing week after for our 10th July Concert :D

We will be joining forces with the amazing "Luchelli" group, also known as Luella, Charlotte and Ellie for a night of music at the very unique venue of St Saviours Church.

So during rehearsal Paul decided to break out into entertaining us with hand puppets... We think this was an alligator... Or possibly something to do with how to use mutes to our cornet players.

So we spent our first rehearsal having a 2018 planning meeting instead of playing.

Our last event of the year and also the Christmas season was a lovely little gathering at Le Grand Courtil playing for their residents on Thursday evening - organised by one of our members as part of a school project. #Christmas
