There was no warning or disclosure in the app that the first month would have 2 EMIs deducted, nor any option to avoid deduction on the opening date. This is misleading for customers.

Despite knowing the fact that the internships of the placed students are starting from January, the PU authorities have scheduled the examination in February. They are even forcing the students to take a 3 week vacation from their work.
