@Sumsung I bought a TV from BestBuy. It died in 30 days. You sent a tech. They couldn't fix it. You said you'd issue me a refund. So far, that's been impossible to get you to send. Constant hoops to jump through and no progress.
@amznsellerhelp You have cost us thousands of dollars by incorrectly receiving inner packs as individual units and support is of zero help. How do I get a knowledgeable person on the phone? If I don't get help I am going to have to use legal services.

@elonmusk my wife's Tesla Model X A/C is out for the THIRD time for the exact same issue. Service center wants her to drive in 100 degree weather for 2 weeks while we wait. Seems on the 3rd time they'd get her a loaner or something????????
