@lessin @theinformation It fails to address root causes, perhaps too many for a tweet: Prop 13, overspending, transfer of CA money out through farm subsidies; being a 1 party state in the pocket of unions. I see my home state in terminal decline and this idea will only hasten it. Happy to discuss.
