DJI's solution? Spend another $500.

I wasn't asking for free batteries—just a reasonable solution.

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal @DJIGlobal you should train @DJISupport better they just lost you a customer that buys a lot and I will make it known how bad your customer service is in acknowledging what the customer said instead fall back on your lousy warranty.

@DJIGlobal offered me a “$70 discount” on replacement Air 3S batteries.

Their price: $175 per battery.

The same genuine DJI battery is available on Amazon for about $150.

Maybe I’m missing something, but how is paying more a discount? 🤯

The drone has less than 2 hours of flight time.

All 3 batteries failed at the same time.

At what point does common sense suggest it might be a battery issue?

@harr24641 @MAGAVoice OK listen a lot of Asian countries got 10 to 15% tariffs for importing their stuff into the USA. Japan, China, India, and so on but yet charged every American corporation and company 120% tariff to import US goods into their countries and that was way before the US had it !
