FYI, the 500 people mentioned by Paul in the Bible whom he claims saw Jesus Christ are by definition not eyewitnesses because they left no written testimony.

However, the 2500 in the Book of Mormon are quoted verbatim by Mormon, and there’s historical records left by the three and eight witnesses to the gold plates that they saw them, proving Mormons story true.
