GES joined Mayor Bowser to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony of the newly modernized $63 million Raymond Elementary School. GES provided MEP&FP engineering services for the renovation and addition to the school. The modernized 85,000 sf school was designed to Net-Zero ready.
The team joined Mayor Muriel to celebrate the progress on the new 17,000 sf community center at the Historic and national landmark, McMillan Sand Filtration Site. As the project approaches completion, it will be the first part of a $100M mixed-use redevelopment!
