Zoe Hullinger placed second at the UVU American Mountain West International piano competition. She played “The Snow is Dancing” by Debussy. We’re all so proud of her!
Congratulations to our Conservatory Piano Ensemble! Several of the students have won second prize in The Great Composers Competition— The Music of America with their performance of the Copland-Lerner Variations on a Shaker Melody from Appalachian Spring.
Later today (March 11th) we are looking forward to another wonderful masterclass in our Distinguished Masterclass Series with our own Trumpet and Music Theory faculty member, Dr. Seretta Hart. This class will take place at 2:00-4:00 pm in room 103.
