Our mission is to use sport and physical activity to improve therapy outcomes for at- risk young Australians currently experiencing mental health challenges.
Program delivery for Term 2 is underway! We're grateful to the support of @ATCO's Communities Fund for backing our programs in 2021.
With the support of all our program supports and sponsors, we'll be bringing tennis, soccer, dance and basketball to more young people across WA.
Help support our program by facilitating sessions in your community. We run programs in schools, and will be looking to expand to more after school and public programs.

Thank you mums for driving us all to our sport, kicking and throwing the ball with us (even if you didn't want to), cheering for us, volunteering at the club, giving us a hug if we needed it or a gentle nudge to work harder. We couldn't be here without you! Happy Mother's Day.
We are nearing the end of WA Youth Week for 2021!
Good Chat is delivering programs that help young people use community sport as place to connect and belong. Helping young people discover their place in the world, is our way in assisting them to find their path. #youthweekwa
On International Women's Day #IWD2021, we acknowledge all the amazing women who have lifted up our foundation.
With the theme of #choosetochallenge, we reflect on the pioneer women of sport and mental health. At one time not too long ago, neither existed. #genderequality
They did it!
Congratulations to Mark and Sue on the swim of a lifetime. Both completed the @RottoSwim, a 19.7km swim from Cottesloe to Rottnest Island.
We're so proud of their efforts and very grateful to them for choosing The Good Chat Foundation as their charity!
We are giving a shoutout to Sue (pictured here with Domenic our COO). Sue is swimming the Rottnest Channel Swim (19.7km) this coming weekend. She chose to fundraise for us and has generated over $4k in donations.
