A Vancouver woman who was born with no hands was kicked out of an Indigo Chapters bookstore location for not wearing a mask. When attempting to explain her medical disability exemption, staff threatened to call the police.

@JPronchuk@CodeMonkeyZ My jaw just dropped reading that.
I’m in Canada too. I also happen to live in what used to be a military base that was converted to a neighbourhood.
PS - They built a new one to replace it.
@itsumonandemo @Bruxy Not trying to be argumentative, and I really appreciated your time.
I wouldn’t say I have distaste for gov’t. I long for the gov’t that rests on His shoulders. The one we currently have does not even acknowledge Him.
@itsumonandemo @Bruxy Masks aside...When anything is mandated it’s no longer showing love to anyone. It’s showing obedience to the one giving the mandate.
If there was a law stating you must donate to homeless people at traffic lights, should it be counted as loving the poor?
@itsumonandemo @Bruxy You started your statement with your take on wearing masks and following health mandates. I’m merely suggesting that it’s not Jesus that gets in front of a TV camera everyday, but the national and provincial governments.
