@SimonCalder do you have any experience of pricing issues when changing @Ryanair fights? We are within their free change window and the website shows 34 EUR p/p but on check out the total is 222 EUR for 3 PAX. Chat, phone and email has been fruitless thus far, they seem clueless!

@FitbitSupport you are missing the point. Yet another replacement offer for the SAME watch with the SAME issues which will clearly reoccur. The @FitbitSurge obviously has design faults & it is not fit for purpose. What is your environmental policy? Profit clearly comes first!!!

Hugely disappointed with @fitbit & @FitbitSurge. Contacting them again to arrange the SIXTH replacement for my surge which clearly has a design fault. Their solution is to give me another unit with exactly the same issues, which will fail again...with huge environmental impact!!
