Here’s my perspective. If Mississippi College, who has a football program that’s 117 years old and full of tradition, can no longer “afford” to have a football program then Delta State, Alcorn, Mississippi Valley and all of our 15 community colleges in Mississippi cannot afford to have a football program either. Mississippi College has vastly more resources than these schools.

If that’s true, then where does that leave the future of the sport of football? Are we going in a direction where you have to be a power 5, 4-5 star recruit in order to play college football? That would be really sad.

What about all the opportunities that will be lost for kids in the future who don’t get a power 5 scholarship?

For these reasons, I think this day is incredibly sad for people who care about the sport of football and all of the life lessons that are taught through it.

Ok.. a lot of what Trump is saying tonight is crazy. Its 🦇💩 truly. On the other hand, Biden's start was bad (no other way to say it folks). He improved throughout the debate, but this wasn't the Biden allies hoped to see tonight. I think its fair to note the President apparently has a cold, but when it comes to debates...the performance matters just as much as the content.
