For me, it’s a combination of the economy and unit economics.
The economy has shrunk the middle class significantly, and convenience is a luxury that depends on people having disposable income. When a large share of your target market is focused on affording essentials, paying extra for convenience becomes one of the first things they cut.
Even with a great product and solid marketing, it’s difficult to build a sustainable business if the underlying economics don’t work and the market you’re serving can no longer afford the convenience you’re selling.
i used to think i don’t belong anywhere and boy was i wrong. i belong everywhere. what a blessing it is to say “i can stand right here with you and i can also stand over there with them. and them over there.“
RENT WAS DUE!!! ARENT YOU ENTERTAINED?! lmao

being a horny woman and a demisexual is such an annoying combo because my body is like “i wannaa fuckkkkk” and my brain is like “okay but do we trust him, do we like him, do we know his childhood trauma first” 😭
If you are a marketing lead and get asked this question, ask them some clarifying questions like:
"What is the revenue target? What is the budget, team size and current market adoption?"
We need to stop being task executors and strategy creators. No dey rush, slow down!
