We are excited to share our latest report, Listening to the Voice of the Estates Planters!
CCX commissioned Revd Dr Cris Rogers (@RabbiRogers) to lead on this extensive new piece of research. Drawing on experience of missional formation and estates ministry, Cris designed and implemented a process that has allowed practitioners to speak openly about their work, their context, and their learning.
We believe the findings are insightful, practical and challenging, identifying the conditions that help estate plants flourish, and inviting the wider Church to reflect on what can be learnt and what needs to change to best support this vital ministry. Head to https://t.co/iipcXzsgB5 you read the full report and find accompanying resources: https://t.co/WMtyk5xQ7m

As a church plant leader, part of your role is to help your planting team find their place. Where can they throw themselves in? What excites them? When people serve with passion, a church doesn't just grow, it thrives.

The health of a church plant leader is essential to the health of their church. Ask yourself, how would others describe my leadership? What is it like to be led by me? Healthy leadership starts by taking a close look in the mirror.

Change is constant and, if anything, is becoming more complex. We need to lead people who are impacted by change through a period of transition. This is why it is important that we aim to become creative transition leaders by adopting eight specific traits. The Change Resource examines these traits and the faith-based transition approach developed by Dr Grace Bally-Balogun.
