I’m sorry but Terminal 5 is meant to be the @British_Airways flagship terminal. The club lounges are a total disgrace, the food is poor and the cleanliness awful. It’s basically a run down 3 star hotel

They were surprised when I said well I think that’s more than we actually have in the army so it maybe tricky
