@CebuPacificAir 24 hours after the booking but still no refund or reference number. Clicked on Charlie again and was put on queue for 7,000+ people since 1pm.

5:30 pm and 600 people to go. I suddenly receive a "how do you rate this chat?" my slot was erased and back to square one.
