And they will not stop here, They will ask for another one year to refund the amount in bank account. There is no control in what number of days they can drag you. But when it comes to customers they want the money immediately. These are super disgusting and very non professional

Again on complaining, they marked it as 'soft loss' and sent the amount to my shiprocket wallet, which cannot be used for any other purpose, other than paying to shiprocket. It has already been 33days and they still want a week more.....

And whats happening now when it has already reached destination city after your automatic RTO?
