Thank you everyone for watching, sharing, and supporting. After escalation, Amazon has restored my Business account and initiated the refund for this order.
I’m grateful this got resolved without legal action, but I’m leaving this post up as awareness.

I want to share an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered many PC components from @amazonIN for a new build, and the motherboard arrived as a box of bricks. I recorded an unboxing video, but instead of helping me, Amazon blocked my account @amazon @amazonIN @jagograhakjago

@AmazonHelp I did and I got the same mail again for I guess the 7th time. The funny part is the mail has came from do-not-reply and amazon wants me to reply there.

@AmazonHelp I have mailed them several times, I get no call backs or replies. They always say I ordered from a different account,out that's right. But how can I log into a blocked account and fill the Amazon form?

@AmazonHelp The Page lands me to another point less page, where I try calling at the helpline, when I call there they say wait for 24hrs. Since 5 days same thing. No resolution

The necessary thing is still being not done @amazonIN @amazon . I shared a video with u of unboxing clearly shows stones inside the box. When I reported it u blocked my business account. On tweeter chat i am not receiving help but links to fill again and again.
