@AmericanAir die to this mishandling, your agents agreed to adjust my ticket without charge…for the next day. Which doesn’t compensate the multiple missed connections and additional hotels. Has the new normal allowed you to scapegoat poor service + accountability

@AmericanAir Terrible ticketing experience with from YVR to DFW. Starting check-in under an hour before the flight departed. People literally waiting from airport opening for you to begin ticketing and had to high speed sprint only to miss flights.

@WestJet I arrived in Edmonton on a flight from Toronto (WS441) and had to check bags due to a full flight - unpacking now and valuable items have been stolen from my luggage!!!!
