Calorie density is the bomb. The only sensible way to eat for your ideal weight, never again worry about your hunger drive and portion control. Crazy concept....
For the same reason that we don't question how many breaths we take, we are crazy to think we need to manage our appetite and calorie consumption down to the micron.
