Dr Howard Weintraub was a beloved clinician, educator and clinical investigator. He co-founded our @NYUCVDPrevent Center at @nyulangone and promoted intense risk factor modification before it seemed obvious. He will be dearly missed.
The Preventive Cardiology community mourns the passing of a legendary educator & highly skilled clinician, Dr. Howard Weintraub. His sense of humor was present in every lecture that he gave. Some of us referred to him as the Jackie Mason Professor of 🫀. We will greatly miss him.

Dorit Levinstein’s colorful, whimsical, and large-scale sculptures are now on display on Park Avenue, transforming the area between 34th and 39th Streets into an open-air exhibition. The sculptures will be formally launched during Park Avenue Day 2026 on Saturday, May 16th.
