Dear team @Airtel_Presence - I have one query. On Saturday I visited your store to do MNP from other vendor to Airtel for my pre-paid number. The executive asked me to GPay 299 rs on his number. I would like to know why I had to GPay to him and not to Airtel for any charges ?

@ViCustomerCare this month again a value added service has been added to my bill without my consent. This is horrible service. Every few months you sneak in a VAS which sounds so cheap on your part!!

@ViCustomerCare You do this every few months and then casually apologize. Is this normal way of doing business at VI? Already low connectivity issues are prevalent and then such a regular harassment.
