@GoogleMyBiz The reviews definitely didn't violate the guidelines. Already reached out to the support team, but they are taking an age to reply again. What's the point of them reinstating our account if it can't even be used properly?!

@Google Why has our Google business profile been disabled for no reason? We rely on this to be seen by potential clients (for reviews, etc.), and now it's gone, and nobody from the "support" team is replying, nor anyone on the @GoogleMyBiz Twitter/Facebook pages!
