Yeah, I get you. It didn't take me long to realize that the "cure" is understanding my mental issues and controlling then by understanding them.
From what you're saying, it seems you are well on your way to healing, one day at a time, as your understanding deepens and solidifies.
It really is fascinating what we've been through. Did you also come the the conclusion that you wouldn't trade the abuse that led to this understanding for the world? Do you feel a little bit sorry for those who have never truly suffered as though they're only getting the superficial version of this amazing performance being put on for us?
@vlADAMirBECVAR Thank you for reading, and sharing your own experience. I can't imagine anything more interesting than hearing each others experience of this.
I hope more people share like you just did.
@outrageous_frog I had an interesting talk with chatgpt about this. I proposed the same dilemma.
It told me. You asking this question is proof of healing. A narcissist wouldn't be the least bit concerned about it. So that's what I'm going to tell you.
Welcome to the other side. *hugs
@VivekGRamaswamy Vivek, please give me 2 minutes to explain the root of our mental health crisis—what religion, psychology, and politics have all missed. This is the cure. Consciousness depends on it.
Also, please get on a ticket for 2028. You have my vote.
I wasn’t su**idal in the way people think.
I wasn’t just trying to end the pain—I was trying to end its very existence. I wanted revenge.
I was hunting God. Or Satan. Whoever had answers. Whoever held the power.
Whatever showed up to the fight was going to die for doing this to me. For me being born.
I was so far beyond broken, I threatened my own creator—this world, this reality, whatever the fk it was.
Can you even comprehend that level of desperation?
To stare into the abyss, feet dug in the sand, bracing for impact. To face whatever rises out of this darkness, screaming
“No more! This ends now!
I don’t care if you made me.
I don’t care if you’re all-powerful—We’ll fking find out.
The thought of your suffering thrills me. I thirst for my REVENGE!
You either answer for this suffering, or you die on your knees by my hands, begging for mercy. I lust for your suffering.
Let’s go, God. Or Satan.
Show yourself to me. NOW!
STOP THE LYING!
STOP THE GAMES!
STOP THIS CHILDISH BULLS**T!
I DEMAND TO SEE THE TRUTH!!!”
And the void spoke back:
“Ask, and you shall receive.
You’re finally ready to see the real world, child.”
Then came the flood—
Not war.
Revelation. An onslaught of painful revelation.
Satan was there. And he will make you pi** your pants scared.
In my trauma vision, God didn't show up, Satan did.
And it was me.
Delusional. Self-destructive. Mentally ill. The embodiment of suffering and chaos. Blinded by revenge. Forgiveness, not an option.
“The only way to catch a madman in the forest is to burn the whole forest down.”
And I did. To ashes.
My relationships.
My career.
My family.
My health.
All gone.
I was dying—and there was no one left to save me.
Eventually, I ran out of things to burn—
And all that remained were my beliefs, my lies, my delusions—just me.
But even then, the desperation didn’t fade.
"It can't be... the source of my suffering isn't external... it's..."
Finally, all my delusions crumbled.
And for the first time I saw this world, this reality, this god—clearly.
It was always me.
I was the god of my world.
I was the devil.
I was the virus.
And I was the cure.
When you hit rock bottom—
When you’re su**idal—you’re not dying. Please don’t do it.
You’re slaying false gods, delusions trauma forced you to create.
You’re clawing your way out of hell.
Out of narcissism.
Out of childhood.
Out of mental illness.
You’re not dying.
You’re being born, into adulthood.
And the world has no idea what kind of warrior Satan just released from their hell.
[The cure: Trauma recovery through forgiveness. It begins by understanding your abuser’s mental illness—the same one they unknowingly passed down to you, the one you just overcame. You heal by confronting your own narcissism, by seeing their pain, recognizing the child abuse they endured that shaped their behavior, and forgiving the one person who hurt you the most. Not to excuse the harm, but to stop the cycle. You offer them protection from themselves instead of returning more pain, because if even they can no longer hurt you, then nobody can. And once you’ve faced the scariest thing imaginable—your deepest trauma, your living nightmare—you no longer fear anything. That’s when you’re finally free to live, to love, and to create the heaven you choose to build for yourself in this world.]
@RhiaCrewe You either face trauma, understand why the abuse happened, and begin to heal...
Or you keep pretending you're a forever victim and seek out hug boxes like this account and stay stagnant.
