So for anyone out there, who needs a way to be made, a road to be opened, a sense of hope amongst sadness, repeat after me: Everything is working out for me. Amen, namaste, asé.
I said it every day throughout the month of May, a very difficult month for me (lots of grief), & I saw doors open in my life that I NEVER thought would open, let alone so soon, in June. "Everything is working out for me"
The more anxious I was about something, the more I would say it throughout the day. When an issue would arise (life being lifey) I would calm myself with that phrase.
What's helped me most in deepest times of sadness, anxiety & fear during 2020 is repeating, meditating on, & writing daily: Everything is working out for me.
