• Allow delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house
• Stay sideways
• Rhythm before foot strike, violence after

I’m a big fan of vision training which translates into pocket awareness.
Pocketing ball, or catching it “clean” helps protect receiving hand, makes it easier to manipulate pitches & audible gunshot sound mitt makes encourages more K calls from umpire & pumps up the pitcher.

1. Get your mind right,
2. Dry run blocks,
3. Sit and get hit blocks
4. Knee down blocks.
Never let the first ball you block be during the game.
