@IndiaPostOffice @IndiaPostOffice even the local post office has no information about the parcel and I haven't received any replies on emails either .it should have been delivered already .

Am facing the same issue it has been over 80 days since the registration and approval of the Back to college offer , it should have shipped within 45 working days but it is over 52 working days already they just keep postponing the dates, not happy at all .

It has been over 40 days today since raising a complaint ticket for my 11 days old legion 7, it has developed severe heating issues after the finger print sensor was replaced by Lenovo service engineer , Cpu touches 100°c before throttling and is at over 90°c even at idle

Lenovo has harassed me for over 40 days now and there is no update about my case from the last 3 days even after calls and mails . Trusting Lenovo was my mistake .

A legion 7 was delivered to me on 26 June 2024 , The fingerprint sensor stopped working on 6th July and was replaced by 16th July . Then there were overheating issues of around 5-8°c compared to stock temps then

a service engineer visited and changed the stock ptm with a thermal paste on 19 July and the idle temperature increased exponentially cpu temperatures now are at 100°C in balanced mode .The legion ultimate support staff agreed for a thermal assembly replacement after

a remote access session on 22nd July and I even sent a video clip a proof to their email for quicker resolution the same day but a work order is not being created nor there has been an engineer revisit. Even with a 3 year legion ultimate support and a 3 year adp am frustrated
